China Greentown·Hangzhou Jiuxi Rose Garden is located in Hangzhou Zhijiang National Tourism Resort. With its excellent mountain forest ecosystem characteristics as well as the perfect integration of nature and architecture, it is known as"environmental-friendly domestic and international first-class villa park" . The home owner of this project turned the luxury residence to the office of his company's board of directors. The whole project was planned by a well-known Italian designer. Many European imported building materials were carefully selected and installed by Italian craftsmen on site to present the simple and low-key decoration style.

The villa serves as a window for the foreign guests to gain an insight into the company, therefore the renovation lay equal emphasis on quality and aesthetics. The owner also had high requirements for the interior window and door systems: simple appearance and smooth surface without handles; mechatronically controlled units with concealed motors and hinges. After comprehensive consideration, the owner chose Schüco outward-opening mechatronic window system solutions. Schüco window system AWS 70.HI used in this project adopts the protocol control method and is easily integrated into the building automation system, providing a highly convenient use experience. In addition, concealed fittings, smooth profiles and slender interlocking sections create a high degree of integration and simplicity in the interior design.
