　　Review of last renovation of Dream Home.

　　改造前

　　BEFORE这座乡村自建房，坐落于田野之间，远离城市的喧嚣，来自三个家庭的五个老人在这里抱团养老，准备安度晚年。

　　The renovation took place in Fengxian, a surburan area in Shanghai, where a group of 5 old peolple from 3 famiies living together for companion.

　　但是由于年久失修，老宅已逐渐腐化、漏风漏雨，安全隐患重重。

　　The house was old and shabby with a lot of safety problems.

　　随着时间的流逝，曾经的家已被时间侵蚀得千疮百孔，房子的安全性舒适性都纷纷出现了问题。

　　The house was not comfortable nor safe enough for the old ones to spend the rest of their life in it.

　　改造后

　　AFTER为了彻底解决墙面渗水问题，除了严密的外墙防水处理，室内每一个房间也都刷上安全环保的底层防水。选择密闭性好、保温隔热强的旭格门窗系统，进一步减小可能产生的房屋潮湿、漏雨等问题。

　　In order to solve these problems such as damp and leakage of rain, the designer has chosen to use Schüco windows to ensure the thermal insulation of the house.

　　屋顶天光和随处可见的旭格窗户，让屋子的每一个角落都采光充足。南面的大窗有着充足的采光和通风条件，也给老人提供了安心、舒适的居住环境，避免潮湿对于健康的影响。

　　In addition, Schüco also ensures the fully transparancy and good ventilation of the house so that the old can enjoy the sunshine and fresh air at home.
